This planning and guidance is subject to change in response to local public health conditions and local, state, and federal guidelines. Our existing practices, protocols and community standards are as follows: Any student that is exhibiting cold or flu symptoms is asked not to participate in our in-person activities.

Participants aged 5 and up will need to show proof of having received two doses of any FDA or WHO authorized Covid-19 vaccine. Valid forms of vaccination include CDC vaccination record (photocopies are acceptable), Excelsior Pass, or NYC Covid Safe App.Within our in-person enrichment programs, masks are suggested but optional for all participants and staff. We will continue to have our windows and doors open when possible, and sanitize tables and bathrooms regularly.

In an effort to increase the safety and well-being of all our students, Hex&Co. Enrichment Program is a “Nut-Free Zone” and prohibits any person from eating and/or taking out products that contain tree nuts or nuts in general. Meaning, we prohibit any person from eating and/or taking out products that contain tree nuts or nuts. Examples of tree nuts include, but are not limited to, walnut, almond, hazelnut, cashew, pistachio, and Brazil nuts.

The program requires advanced signage for a child to Self-Dismiss.

On the chance there is no signage, or it was not allowed, Hex&Co. Coordinators will need confirmation via email or Phone-Call for students to self-dismiss

Hex & Co. will attempt to return articles that contain identification.

All lost articles will be kept for a period of at least 30 days.

Useful articles of clothing left unclaimed will be donated to local charitable organizations.

Hex & Co. assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the care and/or protection of any personal belonging left unattended on our property and for loss, under any circumstances, including theft, vandalism, or malicious mischief of such belonging.

Food and other perishable items will be disposed off

Parents/Guardians that arrive 20+ minutes late for pick-up and without letting us know beforehand, will have to be penalized with an additional charge.

Parents should inform Hex & Co. Coordinators that their child or
